ABOUT HEALTH TO YOUTH

Health To Youth aims to embed into the minds of the youth of our country about the importance of a healthy lifestyle. When taught the importance of a healthy lifestyle at a young age, youngsters and teenagers will be able to practice the lifestyle more consistently and they will also be able to pass it on to their friends and future generations. We plan to be a platform that will be easy to access for anyone who would like to learn more about diet, fitness and lifestyle. Our platform will be a very user friendly platform as it will be easier for youngsters to access. Materials and videos posted here are all currently students in universities which will help make routines more relatable to our younger students.
